At Copper & Linen, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in their original condition
- Be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
No Exchanges
At this time, Copper & Linen does not offer exchanges on online orders.
If you need a different size, color, or style, you may return your eligible item and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at shopcopperandlinen@gmail.com before returning the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email shopcopperandlinen@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
We will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address if your return is eligible.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email shopcopperandlinen@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Copper & Linen reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
